My land isn't approved for anything. Does that matter?

No. Getting it approved is our job. Most of the land we look at has no approvals at all.

How long does it take?

Usually between 6 and 18 months, depending on council and the bank. You're paid the whole time.

Do I pay anything?

No, never. Not to talk to us, not during the approvals, not at the end.

What if it isn't approved?

Then the sale doesn't go ahead, and you keep every fee you've been paid.

Can I stay in my home while this happens?

Yes. It's your home until the sale goes through.

Where do you work?

Mainly Brisbane, but we look at land anywhere in Australia.

Does it suit every property?

No. Some blocks just can't be developed. Nick will tell you quickly if yours isn't a fit.
